I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and spectacular, adorned with elegant period furnishings that truly complemented the location. However, there were a few cracks on the wall. It was great to have a table and chairs, as well as a small sofa in the room, although being in a passage way made it a little noisy in the mornings.

The service was exceptional, making it easy to reach all the famous attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and the decor was delightful and clean. I even had a great view of Palazzo Vecchio & Piazza della Signoria from my window. The staff was very friendly and assisted with any needs.

The hotel is a lovely choice with very spacious rooms, beautiful wooden beams, and ample storage. It might be a bit challenging for tall guests due to the lower ceiling. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, though not very accessible for disabled guests. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a good selection for breakfast if ordered to the room. The facilities were convenient and well-maintained overall.

Staying in the Leonardo Junior Suite at this hotel couldn't have been more perfect for me. Waking up to a view of a castle outside my window and being just across the square from the Uffizi was truly magical.
